Dear Students and Faculty,
Applications open on January 27, 2025.
The deadline for COMPLETE student applications for the Summer Semester 2025 is Sunday, February 9, 2025 by 11:59pm . Please start your application early, and provide ample time to meet with project mentors and solicit recommendation letters.
URCF students receive a stipend in exchange for their semester long of research effort. This stipend is disbursed through payroll and is considered an academic award. As such, it may impact your financial aid package. It is YOUR responsibility to meet with the financial aid office to discuss the potential implications of URCF stipend on your financial aid package--please do so before submitting your application

As part of the application you are required to provide a 500-word essay describing your reason for wanting to participating in the program, what you hope to gain from this experience, and your career plans at the present time.
Please note that applicants selected for the summer program must participate during the entire duration of the Program.
